The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to be close to the sea and transportation. It is very close to the port and just next to the harbour, which offers a fantastic view. It is also very close to the bus terminal, making it easier to get to other parts of the city. the rooms are clean and up-to-date, and there is typically a balcony with a beautiful view.
There may be some issues with the bed's firmness, and the service may not be up to par with what one might expect on the mainland.

Enjoyed my xmas stay at this hotel with a stunning ocean view from the room. The hotel location was very convenient as it was just a short walk away from the ferry terminal. The daily breakfast buffet was great, it had a lot of variety, with freshly made champloo and an amazing juice. Overall a great value for the money.
The elevators could be improved as they are slow and can be a bit noisy. , the hotel furniture could be updated, it looks a bit old-fashioned.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a delight! the view from the hotel room was breathtaking, with a fantastic location that made it easy to access the best sights of the city. A friendly staff added to my positive experience, and I appreciated the free bicycles to enhance my exploration. the breakfast buffet served was delicious, and set me in the right mood for the day.
The hotel is old, with several outdated features that need maintenance. the wallpapers are peeling, and the walls have permanent stains in a few places.
